Supafit Super Strength Class

SupaStrength & Conditioning

Class Duration: 60 minutes

Improve strength, power & muscle through a variety of functional movements, & increase fitness through conditioning designed to increase your heart rate and burn fat. SupaStrength & Conditioning is programmed on a 5 week cycle of Strength, Power, Hypertrophy, Volume, Endurance & a testing week every 6th week.

SupaShredder

Class Duration: 30 minutes

Our famous Supashredder classes are action packed from start to finish & will keep you guessing every time you come in with a huge mix of Circuits, EMOMS, AMRAPS, Tabatas & anything our creative Coaches can put together. Only 30 mins but guaranteed to get you fit, lean & firing like a machine!

Class Duration: 45/60 minutes

Boxing fitness and conditioning, mixing technique, combos and fitness drills for a fun, non-contact, fat-burning class.

 

SupaObstacle

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Increase your Strength, Fitness & Learn skills specifically catered towards functional training for obstacle course racing in a fun filled class. For anyone who wants to compete in a Spartan or Tough Mudder obstacle course race, or are simply looking for a new way to workout then this class is for you!

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Designed to develop kid's gross motor skills, building functional strength and fitness through fun and engaging physical exercise and activities.

SupaHyrox

Class Duration: 45 minutes

This class is designed to build the perfect blend of strength, endurance, and grit — just like the world’s fastest-growing functional fitness competition, HYROX! Each session mirrors the demands of a HYROX race, combining interval running with functional movements like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, lunges, and more. Whether you're training for your first HYROX event or simply want a killer full-body workout, this class will challenge you and level up your fitness, whilst providing a fat torching calorie burn.
